From 2010 to 2024, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for an EMS provider, where he built strong hospital relationships and led the company’s expansion from a single-state operation in Georgia to seven states, increasing monthly transports from 1,200 to 9,000.

Previously, as CEO of Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. and a Certified Addiction Counselor, John achieved financial goals through revenue growth and cost controls, recruited physicians, and strategically positioned the facility as a trusted community resource. He also implemented innovative programs that prioritized individualized patient care and increased admissions. John served as CEO of Acadia Healthcare, hiring and training senior management, overseeing operations, and developing census strategies across payer sources.

John earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emory University. He has two children and four grandchildren, and enjoys spending time with his family. Outside of work, he is passionate about fitness, running, and working out. Central to his leadership philosophy is the belief that driving growth and maintaining fiscal responsibility should never come at the expense of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

As CFO, Lee is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-term growth initiatives. He is focused on providing the financial discipline, operational insight, and strategic clarity necessary to support Team Mobile Health Care’s mission of improving community health and safety through exceptional medical and behavioral health transportation services.

Prior to joining Team Mobile Health Care, Lee spent 12 years as Chief Operating Officer at New Constructs, a Nashville-based fintech and equity research firm. There, he led product strategy, business development, and company operations while helping develop innovative financial research technologies through collaborations with Google Cloud, Bloomberg, and faculty from Harvard and MIT.

Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Texas A&M University and completed Ph.D. coursework in Philosophy at Vanderbilt University. He also taught philosophy at Vanderbilt, an experience that strengthened the analytical thinking and disciplined decision-making he now applies to financial leadership.

Based in Nashville, Lee lives with his spouse and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, playing soccer, reading, and historical strategy board games.

Most recently, he served as Vice President of Operations, overseeing – Southeast Region for AmeriMed EMS, overseeing operations across Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.

Rick’s extensive leadership background includes executive roles with Central EMS, Emergency Medical Services, LLC, and Atlanta South Ambulance, where he played an instrumental role in strategic growth initiatives, operational integration, workforce development, and business expansion. He is recognized throughout the EMS industry for his ability to build successful organizations, mentor future leaders, and create cultures focused on accountability, performance, and service excellence.

His passion for EMS began through volunteer fire service and has evolved into a lifelong commitment to serving patients, communities, healthcare partners, and EMS professionals. With more than 31 years of EMS experience, including 23 years in 911 emergency response, John brings extensive frontline, leadership, and operational experience to his role. A United States Army veteran and experienced BLS and ACLS instructor, he has built his career around service, accountability, mentorship, and developing the next generation of EMS professionals.

John joined Team Mobile Health Care as Operations Manager for Middle Georgia, where his leadership and commitment to building strong, effective teams quickly made an impact. His dedication to high standards, employee development, and compassionate patient care led to his promotion to Georgia State Director of Operations.

In his statewide role, John works closely with Team Mobile Health Care’s Georgia leadership and operations teams to strengthen operational consistency, support managers and field personnel, advance training and professional development, and ensure patients and healthcare partners receive the dependable, compassionate service that defines Team Mobile Health Care.

John is particularly passionate about behavioral health services and developing people. His leadership philosophy centers on leading by example, creating a culture of accountability and mutual respect, and giving team members the tools and support they need to succeed.

Prior to assuming statewide operational leadership, Chris played an integral role in Team Mobile Health Care’s growth in East Tennessee, where he successfully built and developed a strong operational team while establishing meaningful relationships with healthcare and community partners throughout the Knoxville region.

Chris is particularly passionate about employee development, education, and preparing EMS professionals to effectively serve individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Through dedication, leadership, and a strong commitment to patient care, she advanced from EMT to supervisor and ultimately into an operational leadership role.

Chastity Cadwallader serves as the Chattanooga Operations Manager for Team Mobile Health Care, bringing over a decade of frontline EMS experience and proven leadership to the organization’s growing East Tennessee operations.

Chastity began her EMS career in 2009 at just 19 years old, entering the field as a dispatcher before transitioning into field operations. She advanced her clinical credentials from Advanced EMT (AEMT) to Paramedic in 2019, achieving her paramedic certification while deployed on a hurricane response—an experience that reflects both her resilience and commitment to service in high-pressure environments. Chastity has spent the past seven years working as a paramedic, including five years in a leadership role.

Known for her passion for leadership and education, Chastity is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of EMS professionals and fostering a strong, team-first culture. He served as a Damage Controlman and Petty Officer Second Class aboard the USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75), completing three deployments to the Persian Gulf, Mediterranean Sea, and Arctic Circle. During his service, Joshua specialized in shipboard firefighting, emergency response, fire investigation, and search and rescue operations. He led emergency response efforts as Incident Commander during General Quarters and played a key role in maintaining lifesaving systems and training more than 6,000 personnel in emergency preparedness.

Following his military service, Joshua transitioned into civilian EMS, where he has built over seven years of experience in both 911 and private services. He is a certified Advanced EMT in Georgia and South Carolina and an EMT in Florida, and serves as an instructor in EVOC, Child Abuse Prevention, AHA BLS, Heartsaver, and First Aid. Joshua currently works as an Operations Manager in Georgia and previously served as a Division Captain, supporting major events and organizations. He is also a Journeyman Firefighter and a 2024 graduate of the GEMSA Axioms Leadership Course.

Joining the organization as a Supervisor, she played an integral role in establishing the new market from the ground up, including helping stock and prepare the first three ambulances for service and supporting the development of the local team and daily operations.

A Paramedic with eight years of EMS experience, Amanda brings more than four years of specialized experience in behavioral health transport. Her clinical background and understanding of the unique needs of individuals experiencing behavioral health crises complement Team Mobile Health Care’s commitment to providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered transportation.

Amanda is also a BLS Instructor and Georgia State EMS Instructor, reflecting her commitment to education, professional development, and preparing EMS professionals to provide high-quality care. She has completed Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) training, further strengthening her ability to support patients experiencing behavioral health crises and the EMS professionals who care for them.

She began her career in EMS billing as a coder, where she quickly built a strong foundation in documentation and reimbursement accuracy. After three years, she advanced to the role of Pre-Bill Supervisor, where she led teams, improved workflow efficiencies, and ensured regulatory compliance across billing operations. During this time, she also earned her EMS coding certification.

Nicole’s healthcare background is complemented by her early clinical experience as a Certified Medical Assistant in an OB/GYN practice, following the completion of her associate’s degree in psychology and technical training in medical assisting. His passion for EMS began after a major motor vehicle accident in 1986 and led him to start his career in 1988, working in both prehospital and hospital settings. In 1997, Don became co-owner, founder, and partner of Emergency Mobile Healthcare, which served the greater Memphis area until 2019.

During those years of building and leading the company, Don also experienced a profound spiritual awakening that deepened his relationship with God and inspired him to pursue a decade of study in Moral Theology and Spiritual Formation, culminating in ordination and chaplaincy. Influenced by saints, church fathers, Christian philosophers, and his personal faith journey, Don is passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges through a faith-based lens.
