From 2010 to 2024, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for Amerimed EMS, where he built strong hospital relationships and led the company’s expansion from a single-state operation in Georgia to seven states, increasing monthly transports from 1,200 to 9,000.

Previously, as CEO of Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. and a Certified Addiction Counselor, John achieved financial goals through revenue growth and cost controls, recruited physicians, and strategically positioned the facility as a trusted community resource. He also implemented innovative programs that prioritized individualized patient care and increased admissions. John served as CEO of Acadia Healthcare, hiring and training senior management, overseeing operations, and developing census strategies across payer sources.

John earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emory University. He has two children and four grandchildren, and enjoys spending time with his family. Outside of work, he is passionate about fitness, running, and working out. Central to his leadership philosophy is the belief that driving growth and maintaining fiscal responsibility should never come at the expense of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

As CFO, Lee is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-term growth initiatives. He is focused on providing the financial discipline, operational insight, and strategic clarity necessary to support Team Mobile Health Care’s mission of improving community health and safety through exceptional medical and behavioral health transportation services.

Prior to joining Team Mobile Health Care, Lee spent 12 years as Chief Operating Officer at New Constructs, a Nashville-based fintech and equity research firm. There, he led product strategy, business development, and company operations while helping develop innovative financial research technologies through collaborations with Google Cloud, Bloomberg, and faculty from Harvard and MIT.

Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Texas A&M University and completed Ph.D. coursework in Philosophy at Vanderbilt University. He also taught philosophy at Vanderbilt, an experience that strengthened the analytical thinking and disciplined decision-making he now applies to financial leadership.

Based in Nashville, Lee lives with his spouse and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, playing soccer, reading, and historical strategy board games.

Most recently, he served as Vice President of Operations – Southeast Region for AmeriMed EMS, overseeing operations across Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.

Rick’s extensive leadership background includes executive roles with Central EMS, Emergency Medical Services, LLC, and Atlanta South Ambulance, where he played an instrumental role in strategic growth initiatives, operational integration, workforce development, and business expansion. Christine also teaches key life support and trauma programs, including AHA ACLS & BLS, NAEMT PHTLS, AMLS, EPC, GEMS, and Child Abuse Prevention.

He served as a Damage Controlman and Petty Officer Second Class aboard the USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75), completing three deployments to the Persian Gulf, Mediterranean Sea, and Arctic Circle. During his service, Joshua specialized in shipboard firefighting, emergency response, fire investigation, and search and rescue operations. He led emergency response efforts as Incident Commander during General Quarters and played a key role in maintaining lifesaving systems and training more than 6,000 personnel in emergency preparedness.

Following his military service, Joshua transitioned into civilian EMS, where he has built over seven years of experience in both 911 and private services. He is a certified Advanced EMT in Georgia and South Carolina and an EMT in Florida, and serves as an instructor in EVOC, Child Abuse Prevention, AHA BLS, Heartsaver, and First Aid. Joshua currently works as an Operations Manager in Georgia and previously served as a Division Captain with Amerimed EMS, supporting major events and organizations. Don was recently married to his wife, Sandy, and is the proud father of two children, Joshua and Tatum. His passion for EMS began after a major motor vehicle accident in 1986 and led him to start his career in 1988, working in both prehospital and hospital settings. In 1997, Don became co-owner, founder, and partner of Emergency Mobile Healthcare, which served the greater Memphis area until 2019.

During those years of building and leading the company, Don also experienced a profound spiritual awakening that deepened his relationship with God and inspired him to pursue a decade of study in Moral Theology and Spiritual Formation, culminating in ordination and chaplaincy. Influenced by saints, church fathers, Christian philosophers, and his personal faith journey, Don is passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges through a faith-based lens.
